When will my order ship?
All pieces are handmade and typically ship within 3–5 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders are packaged with care and shipped from Tennessee.
During collection drops or higher-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly — if that happens, I’ll always communicate clearly.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each piece is handmade and created in small batches, I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, and I’ll make it right.
Are your pieces really one of a kind?
Yes. Each piece is handmade individually, and no two are exactly the same. Once a piece sells, it will not be recreated in the exact same way.
Where are your pieces made?
All jewelry is handmade by me in Tennessee and shipped directly from my studio.
Is this jewelry meant for everyday wear?
Yes. My pieces are designed to be worn and lived in — for everyday moments, slow days, and everything in between.
As with all handmade jewelry, gentle care will help your piece last longer.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your piece looking its best:
- Avoid water, perfumes, and lotions
- Store in a dry place when not in use
- Handle gently, especially with polymer clay pieces
