Because each piece is handmade in small batches and often one of a kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so it can be evaluated promptly. If approved, we will work with you to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of handmade goods, the following items are non-returnable:
- All handmade jewelry and small-batch pieces
- Custom or commissioned items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

European Union Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases of approved damage, defect, or error.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
